By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Payment

  • You must pay the first installment to the within twenty-four hours after the quote is given and once the commission is confirmed by both you and I.

  • Notify me of any payments being sent.

  • I will not start working on the commission until the first installment is paid.

  • You're expected to be able to cover the commission’s full cost in a timely manner; not just the first installment.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available after the first installment is paid with regard to how far along the commission is if you decide to cancel the commission.

  • No refunds are available after the final installment is paid.

  • If I hear nothing from you for more than fourteen days since the last contact during an ongoing commission, I can cancel the commission and no refunds will be given.

Copyright and Fair Use

  • I hold all rights to the Commissioned Art.

  • The Commissioned Art may be used for personal purposes only.

  • Personal purposes: Any usage of the Commissioned Art that does not result in financial gain. Examples include but aren’t limited to: using the Commissioned Art as a banner, profile picture, and/or background.

  • Commercial purposes: Any usage of the Commissioned Art that does result in financial gain. Examples include but aren’t limited to: non-fungible tokens or selling copies of the Commissioned Art.

Misuse

  • The Commissioned Art may not be used to misrepresent me in a way that is defamatory or misleading.

  • The Commissioned Art may not be edited or modified in a way that removes or obscures its watermark or signature.

  • No NFTs are to be made of the Commissioned Art.

  • The Commissioned Art may not be used for any AI learning purposes.

The Commission

  • I can reject a commission for any reason at any time.

  • You are responsible for supplying me with the proper contact information needed in order to efficiently carry out the commission.

  • I may share the Commissioned Art if and when you give consent.

  • You may share the Commissioned Art - not for profit - if and when I give consent.

  • Please maintain a professional manner during the commission process.

  • For commissions with NSFW or otherwise suggestive themes, age verification will be required.

  • If I have not heard back for more than seven days since the last correspondence, I will cancel the commission.
